These Terms govern services provided by NexaWeb Solutions. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide website design, development, and AI-based solutions including chatbots, automation, and integrations as agreed in a proposal or statement of work.

2. Client Responsibilities

You must provide all required content, approvals, and access on time. Delays in client input may delay delivery.

3. Payment

We may provide a free demo website (limited functionality and scope) before any paid commitment

A deposit is required to begin full development beyond the demo

Remaining payments follow the agreed schedule in the proposal

Late payments may pause work or incur fees

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

4. Revisions & Scope

Each project includes a limited number of revisions. Extra work or changes outside the original scope will be charged separately.

5. AI Content

We may use AI tools to assist in creating content or code. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all final outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

Once fully paid, you own the final deliverables. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.

7. Third Parties

We may use third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for their performance, downtime, or changes.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep shared business information confidential.

10. Termination

Either party may end the agreement with notice. You must pay for work completed up to that point.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
